FAQs about Orders and Shipping
Free delivery for orders over £70,00, otherwise the delivery charge is £6,95 for parcels and £2,50 for post orders.
We generally despatch orders within 1-3 working days from Monday to Thursday with DPD Local Next Day Delivery. You will be updated about the process of delivery as soon as we’ve despatched your order. We can not be hold accountable for the delivery time as soon as it is in their hands.

We send our parcels with DPD Local next day delivery. You’ll receive an email and/or text from DPD with a tracking code and will be updated during the process until your parcel has been delivered.
No. Your credit card information is securely filed with our Payment Gateways Stripe and PayPal and will be deleted after your payment is completed.
We ship our plants to our online customers mainly throughout the UK.
For companies it is possible to order bigger amounts of our plants to Europe and Non-European countries. A phytosanitary inspection and document is needed to ship our plants, and for some you will need a CITES permit as well.
Businesses can contact us directly for enquiries and for shipments to foreign countries.
We aim to send all orders in one package, however, sometimes we need to send your order in more than 1 parcel. You will only pay delivery costs per order once.
FAQs about Returns and Exchanges
As an online customer you have the right to return your order within 14 days. Please contact us as soon as possible, when you are not happy with your purchase. Postage costs for returning your order, are for the customer.
Note: we can only take back plants that are in a healthy condition and well looked after.
No worries, just send us an email with a photo of the received product and your order number and we will send you the right item.
Our carnivorous plants travel extremely well, but should you experience problems, please contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email with a photo of the received product.

Yes, for some plants it is possible to pre-order. Just browse our range of products.
FAQs about Products
Our carnivorous plants are potted in a variety of potsizes divided in: standard, medium and large.
Venus Flytrap potsizes:
- Standard 8,5 cm.
- Large 11 cm.
Sarracenia potsizes:
- Standard 9 cm.
- Medium 11 cm.
- Large 13 cm.
The traps of Venus Flytraps will become black after catching a certain amount of insects and as soon as temperature is dropping and days become shorter, they will die back and go dormant. Click here for more information about overwintering Venus Flytraps.
Pitchers of Sarracenias will become brown as soon as temperature is dropping and when the days become shorter, they will die back and go dormant. Cut off the brown traps about 10 cm. above the rhizome. As soon as they are totally brown, peel them carefully from the rhizome.
Obviously Carnivorous Plants eat insects and most insects will be caught by your plant or do no harm, but still there are a few pests that can kill your plant. Click here to find more information about controlling pests and diseases.
