This petite rosette formed Pinguicula esseriana features succulent, pale green leaves edged with a white, upward-facing border. It produces delicate, pale chalk-blue flowers. To thrive, this butterwort should be kept slightly moist throughout the year by placing the plant on a tray with damp capillary matting. It performs exceptionally well on a windowsill with an east or west exposure.
